Supplementary Provisions, Article 3Transitional Measures Concerning the Widow's Pension
第三条（寡婦年金に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 49, paragraph (1) of the National Pension Act after the amendment under the provisions of Article 1 apply to a husband prescribed in that paragraph who died on or after the date of enforcement of the provisions set forth in Article 1, item (v) of the Supplementary Provisions (hereinafter referred to as the "item (v) effective date"), and with respect to the requirement for payment of the widow's pension pertaining to a husband prescribed in Article 49, paragraph (1) of the National Pension Act before the amendment under the provisions of Article 1 who died before the item (v) effective date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
第一条の規定による改正後の国民年金法第四十九条第一項の規定は、附則第一条第五号に掲げる規定の施行の日（以下「第五号施行日」という。）以後に死亡した同項に規定する夫について適用し、第五号施行日前に死亡した第一条の規定による改正前の国民年金法第四十九条第一項に規定する夫に係る寡婦年金の支給要件については、なお従前の例による。
