第百二十三条（国民年金法等の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
The provisions of Article 36-3, paragraph (1) of the National Pension Act after the amendment under the provisions of the preceding Article (limited to the part pertaining to item (i)) apply to the suspension of payment of a disability basic pension under Article 30-4 of the National Pension Act for months on and after August 2019, and with respect to the suspension of payment of that disability basic pension for months before July of that year, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
前条（第一号に係る部分に限る。）の規定による改正後の国民年金法第三十六条の三第一項の規定は、令和元年八月以後の月分の国民年金法第三十条の四の規定による障害基礎年金の支給停止について適用し、同年七月以前の月分の当該障害基礎年金の支給停止については、なお従前の例による。
The provisions of Article 19, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the National Pension Act, etc. after the amendment under the provisions of the preceding Article (limited to the part pertaining to item (v)) (limited to the part pertaining to item (i)) apply to the special provisions on exemption from that premium in the case where the month for which the premium of National Pension is to be exempt is the month following the month specified by an Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under that item in 2019 (hereinafter referred to in this paragraph as the "reference month") or after, and with respect to the special provisions on exemption from that premium in the case where the month for which the premium is to be exempt is the reference month or before, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
前条（第五号に係る部分に限る。）の規定による改正後の国民年金法等の一部を改正する法律附則第十九条第二項（第一号に係る部分に限る。）の規定は、国民年金の保険料を納付することを要しないものとすべき月が令和元年における同号の厚生労働省令で定める月（以下この項において「基準月」という。）の翌月以後である場合における当該保険料の免除の特例について適用し、当該保険料を納付することを要しないものとすべき月が基準月以前である場合における当該保険料の免除の特例については、なお従前の例による。
The provisions of Article 14, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the National Pension Act, etc. for Improving the Administration of Government-Administered Pension Programs, etc. after the amendment under the provisions of the preceding Article (limited to the part pertaining to item (viii)) (limited to the part pertaining to item (i)) apply to the special provisions on exemption from that premium in the case where the month for which the premium of National Pension is to be exempt is the month following the month specified by an Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under that item in 2019 (hereinafter referred to in this paragraph as the "reference month") or after, and with respect to the special provisions on exemption from that premium in the case where the month for which the premium is to be exempt is the reference month or before, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
前条（第八号に係る部分に限る。）の規定による改正後の政府管掌年金事業等の運営の改善のための国民年金法等の一部を改正する法律附則第十四条第一項（第一号に係る部分に限る。）の規定は、国民年金の保険料を納付することを要しないものとすべき月が令和元年における同号の厚生労働省令で定める月（以下この項において「基準月」という。）の翌月以後である場合における当該保険料の免除の特例について適用し、当該保険料を納付することを要しないものとすべき月が基準月以前である場合における当該保険料の免除の特例については、なお従前の例による。
