Supplementary Provisions, Article 14Transitional Measures Concerning the Payment of Old-Age Basic Pensions, Etc.
第十四条（老齢基礎年金等の支給に関する経過措置）
With regard to a person who, as of the day preceding the effective date, does not currently have the right to receive an old-age basic pension under the National Pension Act or any other benefit in the form of a pension, or insurance benefit in the form of a pension, for which the ground for payment is old age or retirement that is specified by Cabinet Order, and who satisfies the requirement for payment of an old-age basic pension or other benefit in the form of a pension for which the ground for payment is old age (hereinafter referred to in this Article as "old-age basic pensions, etc.") under Article 26 of the National Pension Act after the revision by the provisions of Article 2 or other provisions specified by Cabinet Order, that person is deemed to have come to satisfy the requirement for payment of old-age basic pensions, etc. under these provisions as of the effective date, and old-age basic pensions, etc. under these provisions are paid to that person on and after the effective date. In this case, the matters necessary for the application of these provisions are specified by Cabinet Order.
施行日の前日において現に国民年金法による老齢基礎年金その他老齢又は退職を支給事由とする年金たる給付又は年金たる保険給付であって政令で定めるものの受給権を有しない者であって、第二条の規定による改正後の国民年金法第二十六条その他政令で定める規定による老齢基礎年金その他老齢を支給事由とする年金たる給付（以下この条において「老齢基礎年金等」という。）の支給要件に該当するものについては、施行日においてこれらの規定による老齢基礎年金等の支給要件に該当するに至ったものとみなして、施行日以後、その者に対し、これらの規定による老齢基礎年金等を支給する。この場合において、これらの規定の適用に関し必要な事項は、政令で定める。
