Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions of Article 5 through Article 7 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect on October 1, 2005.
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、附則第五条から第七条までの規定は、平成十七年十月一日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 8Delegation to Cabinet Order
第八条（政令への委任）
Beyond what is provided for in Article 2 through Article 4-2 of the Supplementary Provisions, transitional measures necessary in connection with the establishment of the Japan Pension Service and other transitional measures necessary for the enforcement of this Act are specified by Cabinet Order.
附則第二条から第四条の二までに定めるもののほか、機構の設立に伴い必要な経過措置その他この法律の施行に関し必要な経過措置は、政令で定める。
