第十四条
For the purpose of applying the provisions of Article 85, paragraph (1), item (i) of the National Pension Act after the revision under the provisions of Article 4 (including a case where it is applied by being replaced under the provisions of paragraph (7) of the preceding Article) for each fiscal year on and after fiscal year 2009, for the time being, the phrase "from Article 27, item (iii), item (v) and item (vii)" in that item is deemed to be replaced with "from Article 27, item (iii), item (v) and item (vii), and Article 10, paragraph (1), items (iii), (v), (vii), (ix), (xi) and (xiii) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the National Pension Act, etc. (Act No. 104 of 2004)".
The amount listed in Article 85, paragraph (1), item (ii) of the National Pension Act after the revision under the provisions of Article 4 (including a case where it is applied by being replaced under the provisions of paragraph (7) of the preceding Article) for each fiscal year on and after fiscal year 2009 is, for the time being, notwithstanding the provisions of that item, the total amount obtained by multiplying the amount of the expenses required for the old-age basic pension benefit under the National Pension Act (limited to one whose amount is calculated under the provisions of the proviso to Article 27 of that Act (including a case where it is applied in Article 10, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions)) relating to a person who has a premium exemption period in the relevant fiscal year, by the number obtained by dividing the number listed in item (i) by the number listed in item (ii).
The number obtained by adding together the numbers listed below:

The number obtained by multiplying by one-eighth the number of months of the one-quarter premium exemption period relating to the period from April 2009 to March 2014 and the period on and after the specified month (limited to a maximum of the number of months obtained by deducting the number of months of premium-paid periods from 480); or
当該平成二十一年四月から平成二十六年三月までの期間及び当該特定月以後の期間に係る保険料四分の一免除期間の月数（四百八十から当該保険料納付済期間の月数を控除して得た月数を限度とする。）に八分の一を乗じて得た数
The number obtained by multiplying by one-twelfth the number of months of the one-quarter premium exemption period relating to the period up to and including the month preceding the specified month (excluding the period from April 2009 to March 2014) (limited to a maximum of the number of months obtained by deducting, from 480, the total number of months obtained by adding together the number of months of premium-paid periods and the number of months of the one-quarter premium exemption period relating to the period from April 2009 to March 2014 and the period on and after the specified month); or

当該平成二十一年四月から平成二十六年三月までの期間及び当該特定月以後の期間に係る保険料四分の三免除期間の月数（四百八十から当該保険料納付済期間の月数、当該保険料四分の一免除期間の月数及び当該保険料半額免除期間の月数を合算した月数を控除して得た月数を限度とする。）に八分の三を乗じて得た数

the number obtained by multiplying the number of months of full premium exemption periods for the period from April 2009 to March 2014 and the period on or after the specified month (excluding those pertaining to premiums that were not required to be paid pursuant to the provisions of Article 90-3, paragraph (1) of the National Pension Act or Article 19, paragraph (1) or (2) of the Supplementary Provisions; the same applies in (h)) (limited to the number of months obtained by deducting, from 480, the total of the number of months of premium-paid periods, the number of months of the one-quarter premium exemption periods, the number of months of half premium exemption periods, and the number of months of three-quarter premium exemption periods) by one-half;

the number obtained by multiplying the number of months of full premium exemption periods for the period on or before the month preceding the specified month (excluding the period from April 2009 to March 2014) (limited to the number of months obtained by deducting, from 480, the total of the number of months of premium-paid periods, the number of months of the one-quarter premium exemption periods, the number of months of half premium exemption periods, the number of months of three-quarter premium exemption periods, and the number of months of full premium exemption periods for the period from April 2009 to March 2014 and the period on or after the specified month) by one-third.
当該特定月の前月以前の期間（平成二十一年四月から平成二十六年三月までの期間を除く。）に係る保険料全額免除期間の月数（四百八十から当該保険料納付済期間の月数、当該保険料四分の一免除期間の月数、当該保険料半額免除期間の月数、当該保険料四分の三免除期間の月数並びに当該平成二十一年四月から平成二十六年三月までの期間及び当該特定月以後の期間に係る保険料全額免除期間の月数を合算した月数を控除して得た月数を限度とする。）に三分の一を乗じて得た数
the number obtained by adding together the numbers of months set forth in the items of Article 10, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions.
附則第十条第一項各号に掲げる月数を合算した数
With regard to the application of the provisions of the preceding paragraph, for the time being, the term "480" in that paragraph is deemed to be replaced with "480 (for a person set forth in the left-hand column of Appended Table 4 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the National Pension Act, etc. (Act No. 34 of 1985), the number set forth in the right-hand column of that table for that person, respectively)".
前項の規定の適用については、当分の間、同項中「四百八十」とあるのは、「四百八十（国民年金法等の一部を改正する法律（昭和六十年法律第三十四号）附則別表第四の上欄に掲げる者については、それぞれ同表の下欄に掲げる数）」と読み替えるものとする。
