第十五条

昭和四十九年一月一日前に同日以後の期間について前納された国民年金の保険料（国民年金法の一部を改正する法律（昭和四十四年法律第八十六号。以下「法律第八十六号」という。）附則第十五条第一項の規定による被保険者に係る保険料を除く。）は、この法律による改正後の国民年金法の規定により当該前納に係る期間の各月につき納付すべきこととなる保険料に、さきに到来する月の分から順次充当するものとする。
