第九条の四の十二（昭和六十一年三月三十一日以前の期間についての特定事由に係る保険料の納付等）
In the case of applying the provisions of the preceding three Articles to a period on or before March 31, 1986, a period for which the premium has been deemed to have been paid under the provisions of Article 9-4-9, paragraph (6) of the Supplementary Provisions is, from and after the day of the request under paragraph (1) of that Article, deemed to be the premium-paid period prescribed in Article 5, paragraph (3) before the revision under the provisions of Article 1 of the 1985 Amendment Act, and, beyond that, matters necessary concerning the application of the provisions of the preceding three Articles are specified by Cabinet Order.
昭和六十一年三月三十一日以前の期間について、前三条の規定を適用する場合においては、附則第九条の四の九第六項の規定により保険料が納付されたものとみなされた期間は、同条第一項の申出のあつた日以後、昭和六十年改正法第一条の規定による改正前の第五条第三項に規定する保険料納付済期間とみなすほか、前三条の規定の適用に関し必要な事項は、政令で定める。
