第一条（施行期日）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on the date of enforcement of the provisions listed in Article 1, item (iv) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures (hereinafter referred to as the "Number Use Act" in this Article and paragraph (2) of the following Article) (January 1, 2016); provided, however, that the provisions listed in the following items come into effect on the dates specified respectively in those items.
この政令は、行政手続における特定の個人を識別するための番号の利用等に関する法律（以下この条及び次条第二項において「番号利用法」という。）附則第一条第四号に掲げる規定の施行の日（平成二十八年一月一日）から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
The provisions of Article 4, the provisions of Articles 7, 8 and 10 of the Supplementary Provisions, and the provisions of Article 11 of the Supplementary Provisions (limited to the portions pertaining to Article 17, paragraph (2) and Article 18, paragraph (4) of the Act on Arrangement of Relevant Acts Incidental to Enforcement of the Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures (hereinafter referred to as the "Number Use Arrangement Act")): the date of enforcement of the Number Use Act (October 5, 2015).
The provision of Article 1 amending the Order for the Enforcement of the Residential Basic Book Act so as to add one Article after Article 30-8, the provisions of Article 4 of the Supplementary Provisions, the provisions of Article 5 of the Supplementary Provisions (limited to the portion pertaining to Article 22, paragraph (1) of the Number Use Arrangement Act), and the provisions of Article 11 of the Supplementary Provisions (limited to the portions pertaining to Article 22, paragraphs (2) and (4) through (6) of the Number Use Arrangement Act): the date of enforcement of the provisions listed in Article 1, item (v) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Number Use Act.
