第三十条の六（都道府県における本人確認情報の保存期間）
Article 30-6Retention Period of Identity Confirmation Information in Prefectures
The period specified by Cabinet Order as prescribed in Article 30-6, paragraph (3) of the Act is, in accordance with the classification of identity confirmation information prescribed in paragraph (1) of that Article (hereinafter referred to as "identity confirmation information" in this Article, the following Article, and Article 34, paragraph (2)) listed in the following items, the period from the day of notification of that identity confirmation information until the day specified in the relevant item.
法第三十条の六第三項に規定する政令で定める期間は、次の各号に掲げる同条第一項に規定する本人確認情報（以下この条、次条及び第三十四条第二項において「本人確認情報」という。）の区分に応じ、当該本人確認情報の通知の日から当該各号に定める日までの期間とする。
Identity confirmation information notified by reason of an entry in the certificate of residence or an amendment of an entry having been made: the day on which 150 years elapse, counted from the day on which notification of new identity confirmation information concerning the person pertaining to that identity confirmation information was received;
住民票の記載又は記載の修正が行われたことにより通知された本人確認情報 当該本人確認情報に係る者に係る新たな本人確認情報の通知を受けた日から起算して百五十年を経過する日
