Article 30-12-13Methods of Providing Family Register Supplement Identity Confirmation Information to Handlers of Quasi-Statutory Work, Etc.
The provision by the Agency, under Article 30-44-7, paragraph (1) of the Act, of specified family register supplement identity confirmation information retained by the Agency to a handler of quasi-statutory work is to be carried out by any of the following methods.
機構が行う法第三十条の四十四の七第一項の規定による特定機構保存附票本人確認情報の準法定事務処理者への提供は、次のいずれかの方法により行うものとする。
A method of transmitting specified family register supplement identity confirmation information retained by the Agency from a computer used by the Agency to a computer used by a handler of quasi-statutory work through a telecommunications line, as specified by Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications; or
総務省令で定めるところにより、機構の使用に係る電子計算機から電気通信回線を通じて準法定事務処理者の使用に係る電子計算機に特定機構保存附票本人確認情報を送信する方法
A method of sending a magnetic disk on which specified family register supplement identity confirmation information retained by the Agency is recorded from the Agency to a handler of quasi-statutory work, as specified by Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications.
