Article 30-12-12Method of Providing Family Register Supplement Identity Confirmation Information to Prefectural Governors
The provision, by the Agency under Article 30-44-6, paragraph (4) of the Act, of family register supplement identity confirmation information retained by the Agency to the prefectural governor is to be carried out by either of the following methods.
機構が行う法第三十条の四十四の六第四項の規定による機構保存附票本人確認情報の都道府県知事への提供は、次のいずれかの方法により行うものとする。
a method of transmitting the family register supplement identity confirmation information retained by the Agency from a computer used by the Agency to a computer used by the prefectural governor through a telecommunications line, as provided by Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications;
総務省令で定めるところにより、機構の使用に係る電子計算機から電気通信回線を通じて都道府県知事の使用に係る電子計算機に機構保存附票本人確認情報を送信する方法
A method of sending a magnetic disk on which family register supplement identity confirmation information retained by the Agency is recorded from the Agency to the prefectural governor, as specified by Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications.
