第一条（施行期日）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
この法律は、民法等の一部を改正する法律（令和八年法律第四十五号。以下「民法等改正法」という。）の施行の日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
This Act comes into effect as of the date on which the Act Partially Amending the Civil Code, etc. (Act No. 45 of 2026; hereinafter referred to as the "Civil Code Amendment Act") comes into effect; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect as of the dates specified respectively in those items.
