第八条（紛争の解決の援助に関する経過措置）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 8Transitional Measures Concerning Assistance in Resolving Disputes
平成十一年三月三十一日までの間は、新法第百五条の三第一項中「雇用の分野における男女の均等な機会及び待遇の確保等に関する法律（昭和四十七年法律第百十三号）第十二条第一項」とあるのは、「雇用の分野における男女の均等な機会及び待遇の確保等女性労働者の福祉の増進に関する法律（昭和四十七年法律第百十三号）第十四条」とする。
Until March 31, 1999, the term "Article 12, paragraph (1) of the Act on Securing, Etc. of Equal Opportunity and Treatment between Men and Women in Employment (Act No. 113 of 1972)" in Article 105-3, paragraph (1) of the new Act is deemed to be replaced with "Article 14 of the Act on Securing, Etc. of Equal Opportunity and Treatment between Men and Women in Employment and Promotion of the Welfare of Women Workers (Act No. 113 of 1972)".
