第二条（退職時の証明に関する経過措置）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures Concerning Certificates upon Retirement
この法律による改正後の労働基準法（以下「新法」という。）第二十二条第一項の規定は、この法律の施行の日以後に退職した労働者について適用し、この法律の施行の日前に退職した労働者については、なお従前の例による。
The provisions of Article 22, paragraph (1) of the Labor Standards Act as amended by this Act (hereinafter referred to as the "new Act") apply to a worker who retires on or after the date on which this Act comes into effect, and with regard to a worker who retired before the date on which this Act comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
