第十二条（深夜業に関する自主的な努力の促進）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 12Promotion of Voluntary Efforts Concerning Night Work
国は、深夜業に従事する労働者の就業環境の改善、健康管理の推進等当該労働者の就業に関する条件の整備のための事業主、労働者その他の関係者の自主的な努力を促進するものとする。
The State is to promote the voluntary efforts of business operators, workers and other persons concerned toward the development of conditions concerning the employment of workers engaged in night work, such as the improvement of the working environment of those workers and the promotion of their health management.
