Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
この法律は、平成十一年四月一日から施行する。ただし、第百五条の二の次に一条を加える改正規定並びに附則第八条の規定及び附則第十五条の規定（地方公務員法（昭和二十五年法律第二百六十一号）第五十八条第三項の改正規定中「及び第百二条」を「、第百二条及び第百五条の三」に改める部分に限る。）は平成十年十月一日から、第三十八条の二の次に二条を加える改正規定（第三十八条の四に係る部分に限る。）、第五十六条第一項の改正規定、同条第二項の改正規定（「満十二才」を「満十三歳」に改める部分に限る。）、第六十条第三項の改正規定（同項第二号の改正規定を除く。）及び第百六条第一項の改正規定（第三十八条の四第一項及び第五項に規定する決議に係る部分に限る。）並びに附則第六条の規定、附則第十一条第一項の規定及び附則第十五条の規定（同法第五十八条第三項の改正規定中「第三十九条第五項」を「第三十八条の四、第三十九条第五項」に改める部分に限る。）は平成十二年四月一日から施行する。
This Act comes into effect as of April 1, 1999; provided, however, that the provisions adding one Article after Article 105-2, the provisions of Article 8 of the Supplementary Provisions and the provisions of Article 15 of the Supplementary Provisions (limited to the part of the provisions amending Article 58, paragraph (3) of the Local Public Service Act (Act No. 261 of 1950) that replaces "and Article 102" with ", Article 102 and Article 105-3") come into effect as of October 1, 1998, and the provisions adding two Articles after Article 38-2 (limited to the part pertaining to Article 38-4), the provisions amending Article 56, paragraph (1), the provisions amending paragraph (2) of that Article (limited to the part replacing "12 years of age" with "13 years of age"), the provisions amending Article 60, paragraph (3) (excluding the provisions amending item (ii) of that paragraph) and the provisions amending Article 106, paragraph (1) (limited to the part pertaining to the resolutions prescribed in Article 38-4, paragraphs (1) and (5)), and the provisions of Article 6 of the Supplementary Provisions, the provisions of Article 11, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions and the provisions of Article 15 of the Supplementary Provisions (limited to the part of the provisions amending Article 58, paragraph (3) of that Act that replaces "Article 39, paragraph (5)" with "Article 38-4, Article 39, paragraph (5)") come into effect as of April 1, 2000.
