第一条から第十一条まで、次項、第百十七条から第百十九条まで及び第百二十一条の規定を除き、この法律は、船員法（昭和二十二年法律第百号）第一条第一項に規定する船員については、適用しない。
With the exception of the provisions of Articles 1 through 11, paragraph (2) below, Articles 117 through 119, and Article 121, this Act does not apply to the mariners provided for in Article 1, paragraph (1) of the Mariners Law (Act No. 100 of 1947).
