労働者及び労働者になろうとする者は、その戸籍に関して戸籍事務を掌る者又はその代理者に対して、無料で証明を請求することができる。使用者が、労働者及び労働者になろうとする者の戸籍に関して証明を請求する場合においても同様である。
A worker or a person seeking to become a worker may request a certificate of the family register thereof free of charge from the person responsible for family registers or a deputy thereof. The same applies if an employer requests a certificate of the family register of a worker and a person seeking to become a worker.
