Supplementary Provisions
第一条（施行期日等）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date, etc.
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on the date of promulgation.
この政令は、公布の日から施行する。
The provisions set forth in the following items apply from the dates specified respectively in those items:
次の各号に掲げる規定は、それぞれ当該各号に定める日から適用する。

the provisions of Article 7 and Article 8 of the Order for Enforcement of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as amended by Article 2 (hereinafter referred to as the "Amended Order for Enforcement of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act"), the provisions of Article 17 of the Employees' Pension Fund Order as amended by Article 3, the provisions of Article 96, paragraph (1) and Article 119, paragraph (1) of the Amended Transitional Measures Cabinet Order, and the provisions of the following Article through Article 5 of the Supplementary Provisions: December 1, 1989.

第二条（厚生年金保険法施行令の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Order for Enforcement of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act
With regard to the payment of the employees' old-age pension under the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, the old-age pension and aggregated old-age pension under the former Employees' Pension Insurance Act, and the old-age pension and aggregated old-age pension under the former Mariners Insurance Act, during the period from December 1, 1989 through March 31, 1990, the phrase "Grade 18" in Article 7 of the Amended Order for Enforcement of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act is deemed to be replaced with "Grade 17".
厚生年金保険法による老齢厚生年金、旧厚生年金保険法による老齢年金及び通算老齢年金並びに旧船員保険法による老齢年金及び通算老齢年金の支給については、平成元年十二月一日から平成二年三月三十一日までの間は、改正後の厚生年金保険法施行令第七条中「第十八級」とあるのは、「第十七級」とする。
第三条
Supplementary Provisions, Article 3
With regard to the suspension of payment of the employees' old-age pension under the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, during the period from December 1, 1989 through March 31, 1990, the phrase "Grade 17 and Grade 18" in Article 8 of the Amended Order for Enforcement of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act is deemed to be replaced with "Grade 17".
厚生年金保険法による老齢厚生年金の支給の停止については、平成元年十二月一日から平成二年三月三十一日までの間は、改正後の厚生年金保険法施行令第八条中「第十七級及び第十八級」とあるのは、「第十七級」とする。
