Article 4-2-2Payment of Grants to Implementing Organizations Under Article 84-3 of the Act, Etc.
The costs specified by Cabinet Order as the costs required for insurance benefits under the provisions of the Act prescribed in Article 84-3 of the Act are the costs required for the insurance benefits prescribed in Article 32 of the Act, insurance benefits under the former Act, pension insurance benefits and withdrawal allowances that the government as the implementer of employees' pension insurance is to pay pursuant to Article 87, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions of the 1985 Amendment Act, pension benefits that the government as the implementer of employees' pension insurance is to pay pursuant to Article 16, paragraph (3) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, etc. (Act No. 82 of 1996; hereinafter referred to as the "1996 Amendment Act") (limited to the part relating to the employees' pension equivalent benefit costs prescribed in Article 14 of the Supplementary Provisions of the 1996 Amendment Act), and pension benefits that the government as the implementer of employees' pension insurance is to pay pursuant to Article 16, paragraph (3) of the Supplementary Provisions of the 2001 Integration Act (excluding the part equivalent to the costs listed in the following items).
