第一条（施行期日）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on April 1, 2001.
この政令は、平成十三年四月一日から施行する。
第三条（厚生年金保険法等の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 3Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, etc.
With respect to the application of Article 11-5, paragraph (4) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act (Act No. 115 of 1954) as amended by the provisions of Article 19 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Amending Act, Article 13-2, paragraph (4) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Mutual Aid Association Act for Employees of Agricultural, Forestry and Fishery Organizations (Act No. 99 of 1958) as amended by the provisions of Article 21 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Amending Act, and Article 12-8-2, paragraph (4) of the Supplementary Provisions of the National Public Officers Mutual Aid Association Act (Act No. 128 of 1958) as amended by the provisions of Article 23 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Amending Act, to a person eligible for former Mariners Insurance benefits prescribed in Article 11 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Amending Act for whom the provisions then in force are to continue to govern the payment of unemployment insurance benefits prescribed in Article 12 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Amending Act pursuant to that Article, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
改正法附則第十一条に規定する旧船保受給資格者であって改正法附則第十二条の規定により同条に規定する失業保険金の支給についてなお従前の例によることとされたものに係る改正法附則第十九条の規定による改正後の厚生年金保険法（昭和二十九年法律第百十五号）附則第十一条の五第四項、改正法附則第二十一条の規定による改正後の農林漁業団体職員共済組合法（昭和三十三年法律第九十九号）附則第十三条の二第四項及び改正法附則第二十三条の規定による改正後の国家公務員共済組合法（昭和三十三年法律第百二十八号）附則第十二条の八の二第四項の規定の適用については、なお従前の例による。
