第一条（施行期日等）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date, etc.
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on April 1, 2011; provided, however, that the provisions of Article 3 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Cabinet Order Partially Amending the Order for Enforcement of the National Pension Act, etc. (Cabinet Order No. 394 of 2004) as amended by the provisions of Article 10 apply to the rate that serves as the basis for revising the revaluation rate for each fiscal year under Article 11, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, being a rate specified by Cabinet Order, for fiscal year 2010 and after.
この政令は、平成二十三年四月一日から施行する。ただし、第十条の規定による改正後の国民年金法施行令等の一部を改正する政令（平成十六年政令第三百九十四号）附則第三条の規定は、平成二十二年度以後の厚生年金保険法附則第十一条第二項の各年度の再評価率の改定の基準となる率であって政令で定める率について適用する。
