第一条（施行期日）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
This Act comes into effect as of the date on which the Act for Establishment of the Disaster Management Agency (Act No. 61 of 2026) comes into effect; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect as of the dates specified respectively in those items:
この法律は、防災庁設置法（令和八年法律第六十一号）の施行の日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
the provision of Article 8 adding one Article after Article 111 of the Basic Act on Disaster Management, the provision of Article 20 renumbering Article 22 of the Act on Special Measures for the Promotion of Earthquake Disaster Countermeasures concerning Nankai Trough Earthquakes as Article 23 of that Act and adding one Article after Article 21 of that Act, the provision of Article 25 renumbering Article 22 of the Act on Special Measures concerning Advancement of Countermeasures against Earthquake Disaster in Relation to Subduction Zone Earthquake Around Japan Trench and Chishima Trench as Article 23 of that Act and adding one Article after Article 21 of that Act, the provision of Article 33 adding one Article after Article 57 of the Act on Reconstruction from Large-Scale Disasters, and the provision of Article 35 amending Article 40 of the Act on Special Measures for Countermeasures against Earthquakes Directly Beneath the Capital: the date on which the provisions set forth in Article 1, item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act for Establishment of the Disaster Management Agency come into effect.
第八条中災害対策基本法第百十一条の次に一条を加える改正規定、第二十条中南海トラフ地震に係る地震防災対策の推進に関する特別措置法第二十二条を同法第二十三条とし、同法第二十一条の次に一条を加える改正規定、第二十五条中日本海溝・千島海溝周辺海溝型地震に係る地震防災対策の推進に関する特別措置法第二十二条を同法第二十三条とし、同法第二十一条の次に一条を加える改正規定、第三十三条中大規模災害からの復興に関する法律第五十七条の次に一条を加える改正規定及び第三十五条中首都直下地震対策特別措置法第四十条の改正規定 防災庁設置法附則第一条第二号に掲げる規定の施行の日
