Supplementary Provisions
第一条（施行期日等）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date, etc.
This Act comes into effect on the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding six months from the date of promulgation (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date"); provided, however, that the following paragraph and Article 27 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect on the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して六月を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日（以下「施行日」という。）から施行する。ただし、次項及び附則第二十七条の規定は、公布の日から施行する。
第二十七条（政令への委任）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 27Delegation to Cabinet Order
Beyond what is provided for in these Supplementary Provisions, Cabinet Order prescribes the necessary transitional measures in connection with the entry into effect of this Act.
この附則に規定するもののほか、この法律の施行に関して必要な経過措置は、政令で定める。
略称規定附則第一条第一項
