Supplementary Provisions
第一条（施行期日）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
This Act comes into effect on the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。
第二条（災害対策基本法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Basic Act on Disaster Management
A request for consultation that is actually being made at the time this Act comes into effect pursuant to the provisions of Article 40, paragraph (3) of the Basic Act on Disaster Management prior to amendment by the provisions of Article 1 (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 43, paragraph (3) of that Act) is deemed to be a report made pursuant to the provisions of Article 40, paragraph (3) of the Basic Act on Disaster Management after amendment by the provisions of Article 1 (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 43, paragraph (3) of that Act).
この法律の施行の際現に第一条の規定による改正前の災害対策基本法第四十条第三項（同法第四十三条第三項において準用する場合を含む。）の規定によりされている協議の申出は、第一条の規定による改正後の災害対策基本法第四十条第三項（同法第四十三条第三項において準用する場合を含む。）の規定によりされた報告とみなす。
第二十三条（罰則に関する経過措置）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 23Transitional Measures Concerning Penal Provisions
With regard to the application of penal provisions to acts committed before this Act (or, for the provisions set forth in the items of Article 1 of the Supplementary Provisions, each of those provisions) comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この法律（附則第一条各号に掲げる規定にあっては、当該規定）の施行前にした行為に対する罰則の適用については、なお従前の例による。
第二十四条（政令への委任）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 24Delegation to Cabinet Order
Beyond what is provided for in Article 2 through the preceding Article and Article 36 of the Supplementary Provisions, transitional measures necessary in connection with the enforcement of this Act are specified by Cabinet Order.
附則第二条から前条まで及び附則第三十六条に規定するもののほか、この法律の施行に関し必要な経過措置は、政令で定める。
