①The right to receive a benefit or compensation that is a pension, or a special additional amount for delay in payment of an insurance benefit or a special additional amount for delay in payment of a benefit, that is, at the time this Act comes into effect, actually provided as security, may, on and after the effective date as well, continue to be provided as security in accordance with the provisions then in force.

②The right to receive a benefit or compensation that is a pension, or a special additional amount for delay in payment of an insurance benefit or a special additional amount for delay in payment of a benefit, pertaining to an application prescribed in Article 36, paragraph (1), Article 70, paragraph (1), and Article 71, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions, may, on and after the effective date as well, continue to be provided as security in accordance with the provisions then in force.

③With respect to the right to receive a benefit that is deemed to be a pension, etc. prescribed in Article 2, paragraph (1) of the Act on Pension-Secured Financing Conducted by Japan Finance Corporation after the amendment under the provisions of Article 69 of the Supplementary Provisions, pursuant to the provisions of Article 122 of the Supplementary Provisions of the 2012 Pension Unification Act after the amendment under the provisions of Article 55 of the Supplementary Provisions (limited to a benefit in the form of a pension prescribed in Article 41, paragraph (1) and Article 65, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the 2012 Pension Unification Act), the provisions of Article 41, paragraph (1) of the Employees’ Pension Insurance Act before the amendment under the provisions of Article 4 remain in force.
