Supplementary Provisions, Article 96Transitional Measures Concerning the Notification of a Person Who Was a Category 3 Insured Person
第九十六条（第三号被保険者であった者の届出に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 12-2, paragraph (1) of the National Pension Act after the amendment apply to a person who has ceased to be a category 3 insured person prescribed in Article 7, paragraph (1), item (iii) of the National Pension Act after the amendment, on or after the date of enforcement of the provisions set forth in Article 1, item (iii) of the Supplementary Provisions.
改正後国民年金法第十二条の二第一項の規定は、附則第一条第三号に掲げる規定の施行の日以後において改正後国民年金法第七条第一項第三号に規定する第三号被保険者でなくなった者について適用する。
