第六条（名称の使用制限に関する経過措置）

附則第一条第一項第四号に掲げる規定の施行の際現に国民年金基金連合会という名称を使用している者については、改正後の国民年金法第百三十七条の四第二項の規定は、同号に掲げる規定の施行後六月間は、適用しない。
