第二十九条（寡婦年金及び死亡一時金の特例）

国民年金法第五十二条の二第一項の規定の適用については、旧国民年金法による老齢年金、通算老齢年金、障害年金（障害福祉年金を除く。）、母子年金（母子福祉年金を除く。）若しくは準母子年金（準母子福祉年金を除く。）又は前条第一項の規定による遺族基礎年金の支給を受けたことがある者は、老齢基礎年金又は障害基礎年金の支給を受けたことがある者とみなす。
