第八条（年金額の改定措置の特例）

前項の規定による措置は、政令で定める。

前二項の規定により年金たる給付の額を改定する措置が講ぜられたときは、国民年金法等の一部を改正する法律（昭和五十三年法律第四十六号）附則第三条第一項の規定により読み替えられた国民年金法第八十七条第三項の規定の適用については、法律第九十二号附則第二十二条の規定による年金たる給付の額を改定する措置が講ぜられたものとみなす。
