第七条（国庫負担に関する経過措置）

この法律による改正後の第八十五条第一項の規定による国庫の負担は、昭和四十五年度以降の年度分から適用し、この法律による改正後の同項の規定による国庫負担の額とこの法律による改正前の同項の規定による国庫負担の額との調整に関して必要な措置は、政令で定める。
