第九条の四の五（特定保険料納付期限日の属する月の翌月以後の特定受給者の老齢基礎年金の額）
With respect to the amount of the old-age basic pension paid to a specified recipient for the months from the month following the month that includes the specified premium payment deadline onward, where the amount after correction (meaning the amount specified in the provisions of Article 27 and Article 28, Article 9-2 and Article 9-2-2 of the Supplementary Provisions, and Article 17 of the Supplementary Provisions of the 1985 Amendment Act) is less than the amount obtained by multiplying the amount before correction (meaning the amount specified in these provisions where the provisions of Article 27 and Article 28, Article 9-2 and Article 9-2-2 of the Supplementary Provisions, and Article 17 of the Supplementary Provisions of the 1985 Amendment Act are applied deeming the period that became a time-barred inconsistent period prescribed in the preceding Article to be a premium-paid period) by 90 percent (hereinafter referred to in this Article as the "lower limit of reduction"), the amount is, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 27 and Article 28, Article 9-2 and Article 9-2-2 of the Supplementary Provisions, and Article 17 of the Supplementary Provisions of the 1985 Amendment Act, the amount equivalent to the lower limit of reduction.
特定受給者に支給する特定保険料納付期限日の属する月の翌月以後の月分の老齢基礎年金の額については、訂正後年金額（第二十七条及び第二十八条並びに附則第九条の二及び第九条の二の二並びに昭和六十年改正法附則第十七条の規定に定める額をいう。）が訂正前年金額（前条に規定する時効消滅不整合期間となつた期間を保険料納付済期間とみなして第二十七条及び第二十八条並びに附則第九条の二及び第九条の二の二並びに昭和六十年改正法附則第十七条の規定を適用した場合におけるこれらの規定に定める額をいう。）に百分の九十を乗じて得た額（以下この条において「減額下限額」という。）に満たないときは、第二十七条及び第二十八条並びに附則第九条の二及び第九条の二の二並びに昭和六十年改正法附則第十七条の規定にかかわらず、減額下限額に相当する額とする。
