第八条（資料の提供）
The Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare may, when it is necessary in relation to status as an insured person, request a mutual aid association, the Promotion and Mutual Aid Corporation for Private Schools of Japan, or any other administering body of a system relating to old-age benefits, etc. under the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, to provide the necessary materials.
厚生労働大臣は、被保険者の資格に関し必要があるときは、共済組合、日本私立学校振興・共済事業団その他厚生年金保険法に基づく老齢給付等に係る制度の管掌機関に対し、必要な資料の提供を求めることができる。
