Supplementary Provisions, Article 6
第六条
Where a person who is a category 1 insured person comes to fall under a person who is entitled to receive old-age benefits, etc. under the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, if the person has, under the provisions of Article 93, paragraph (1), prepaid, for the period from and after the month that includes the day on which the person came to fall under it, the premiums that the person would have been liable to pay had the person not come to fall under it, or has paid those premiums by the last day of April first occurring after the month that includes the day on which the person came to fall under it, the person is deemed to have made the request under paragraph (1) of the preceding Article on the day on which the person came to fall under it.
第一号被保険者である者が厚生年金保険法に基づく老齢給付等を受けることができる者に該当するに至つた場合において、その者がこれに該当するに至らなかつたならば納付すべき保険料を、その該当するに至つた日の属する月以降の期間について、第九十三条第一項の規定により前納しているとき、又はその該当するに至つた日の属する月後における最初の四月の末日までに納付したときは、その該当するに至つた日において、前条第一項の申出をしたものとみなす。
