第五条
With regard to the application of the provisions of Article 7-2, paragraph (1), item (ii) and paragraph (5), item (iv), Article 19, paragraph (2), item (i), Article 19-4, paragraph (2), item (i), Article 20, paragraph (4), item (i) (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 21, paragraph (4) and Article 22, paragraph (3) of the new Regulation for Enforcement of the Immigration Control Act), Article 29, paragraph (2), item (iii), Article 55, paragraph (2), item (i) and Article 59, paragraph (2) of the new Regulation for Enforcement of the Immigration Control Act, a registration certificate held by a mid- to long-term resident is deemed to be a residence card.
新入管法施行規則第七条の二第一項第二号及び第五項第四号、第十九条第二項第一号、第十九条の四第二項第一号、第二十条第四項第一号（新入管法施行規則第二十一条第四項及び第二十二条第三項において準用する場合を含む。）、第二十九条第二項第三号、第五十五条第二項第一号並びに第五十九条第二項の規定の適用については、中長期在留者が所持する登録証明書は在留カードとみなす。
The period during which a registration certificate is deemed to be a residence card pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph is to be the period specified in each item of Article 15, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions of the amending Act.
前項の規定により登録証明書が在留カードとみなされる期間は改正法附則第十五条第二項各号に定める期間とする。
With regard to the application of the provisions of Article 7-2, paragraph (1), item (ii) and paragraph (5), item (iv), Article 19-4, paragraph (2), item (ii), Article 29, paragraph (2), item (iv), Article 55, paragraph (2), item (ii) and Article 59, paragraph (2) of the new Regulation for Enforcement of the Immigration Control Act, a registration certificate held by a special permanent resident is deemed to be a special permanent resident certificate.
新入管法施行規則第七条の二第一項第二号及び第五項第四号、第十九条の四第二項第二号、第二十九条第二項第四号、第五十五条第二項第二号並びに第五十九条第二項の規定の適用については、特別永住者が所持する登録証明書は特別永住者証明書とみなす。
The period during which a registration certificate is deemed to be a special permanent resident certificate pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph is to be the period specified in each item of Article 28, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions of the amending Act.
