Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date on which the Act Partially Amending the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act and the Act on Proper Technical Intern Training and Protection of Technical Intern Trainees (hereinafter referred to as the "amending Act") comes into effect (April 1, 2027); provided, however, that the provisions of the following Article come into effect as of the date of promulgation.
この省令は、出入国管理及び難民認定法及び外国人の技能実習の適正な実施及び技能実習生の保護に関する法律の一部を改正する法律（以下「改正法」という。）の施行の日（令和九年四月一日）から施行する。ただし、次条の規定は、公布の日から施行する。

第二条（第一条の規定による出入国管理及び難民認定法施行規則の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
The form of the written application in the case of filing the application prescribed in Article 3 of the Supplementary Provisions of the amending Act is to follow the example of Appended Form No. 6-3 of the Regulation for Enforcement of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act as amended by this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as "the new Regulation").
改正法附則第三条に規定する申請をする場合における申請書の様式は、この省令による改正後の出入国管理及び難民認定法施行規則（以下「新規則」という。）別記第六号の三様式の例によるものとする。
With regard to the materials to be submitted pursuant to the provisions of Article 6-2 of the Regulation for Enforcement of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act in the case of filing the application set forth in the preceding paragraph, the example of Appended Table III of the new Regulation is to be followed.
前項の申請をする場合における出入国管理及び難民認定法施行規則第六条の二の規定により提出すべき資料については、新規則別表第三の例によるものとする。
