A mid- to long-term resident who seeks to file an application pursuant to the provisions of Article 15, paragraph (3) of the Supplementary Provisions of the amending Act or an application pursuant to the provisions of Article 16, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the amending Act may, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 19-7, paragraph (3) of the new Regulation for Enforcement of the Immigration Control Act, make the proposal set forth in paragraph (1) of that Article together with those applications.
