一the provisions of Article 12 (excluding paragraph (7)), Article 13, Article 20 (excluding paragraph (9)) and Article 15 of the Supplementary Provisions (excluding, in paragraph (2) of that Article, the part concerning proposals made together with an application pursuant to the provisions of Article 3, paragraph (1) or Article 7, paragraph (1) of the Former Alien Registration Act that is deemed, on the effective date of the amending Act, to be an application pursuant to the provisions of Article 16, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the amending Act pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (2) of that Article): the date (January 13, 2012) on which the provisions listed in Article 1, item (iv) of the Supplementary Provisions of the amending Act come into effect;

二the provisions in Article 1 amending the row for "Official" in Appended Table II and the provisions adding a row for "Official" before the row for "Professor" in Appended Table III (2): April 1, 2012;

三the provisions of Article 15, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions (limited to the part concerning proposals made together with an application pursuant to the provisions of Article 3, paragraph (1) or Article 7, paragraph (1) of the Former Alien Registration Act that is deemed, on the effective date of the amending Act, to be an application pursuant to the provisions of Article 16, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the amending Act pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (2) of that Article): June 9, 2012.
