The written application for recognition of refugee status pursuant to Appended Form No. 74 under the provisions of the Regulation before the January 2010 amendment is, for the time being even after the January 2010 amending provisions come into effect, deemed to be the written application for recognition of refugee status pursuant to Appended Form No. 74 under the provisions of the Regulation as amended in January 2010.
