この省令による改正前の出入国管理及び難民認定法施行規則の規定による別記第四十一号様式の再入国の許可の証印（以下「旧証印」という。）は、当分の間、この省令による改正後の出入国管理及び難民認定法施行規則の規定による再入国の許可の証印とみなす。この場合においては、旧証印中在留資格及び在留期限の欄には記載を要しない。
