第五条（国民年金法による脱退一時金の額に関する経過措置）
With respect to the amount of the lump-sum withdrawal payment under the National Pension Act in the case where the premium-paid period prescribed in Article 5, paragraph (1) of that Act (limited to that pertaining to a category 1 insured person prescribed in Article 7, paragraph (1), item (i) of that Act), the three-quarter premium exemption period prescribed in Article 5, paragraph (4) of that Act, the half premium exemption period prescribed in paragraph (5) of that Article, and the one-quarter premium exemption period prescribed in paragraph (6) of that Article, are periods only before April 2021, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
国民年金法第五条第一項に規定する保険料納付済期間（同法第七条第一項第一号に規定する第一号被保険者に係るものに限る。）、同法第五条第四項に規定する保険料四分の三免除期間、同条第五項に規定する保険料半額免除期間及び同条第六項に規定する保険料四分の一免除期間が令和三年四月前のみの期間である場合における同法による脱退一時金の額については、なお従前の例による。
