The provisions of Article 18, paragraph (5) of the Supplementary Provisions of the 1985 National Pension Act Amendment Act after the amendment under the provisions of Article 42 of the Supplementary Provisions apply to a person for whom, as of the day preceding the effective date, five years have not elapsed since the day on which the person acquired the right to receive the old-age basic pension.
