Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of October 1, 2015; provided, however, that the provisions listed in the following items come into effect as of the dates specified respectively in those items.
この法律は、平成二十七年十月一日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、それぞれ当該各号に定める日から施行する。

次条並びに附則第三条、第二十八条、第百五十九条及び第百六十条の規定 公布の日
The provisions revising Article 27-5, paragraph (2), item (iv) of the National Pension Act (Act No. 141 of 1959) in Article 87 of the Supplementary Provisions, and the provisions of Article 107, Article 109 and Article 159-2 of the Supplementary Provisions: April 1, 2013.

Supplementary Provisions, Article 25Transitional Measures Concerning the Floor of the Benefit Level
第二十五条（給付水準の下限に関する経過措置）
With regard to the application of the provisions of Article 2 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the National Pension Act, etc. after the revision by the provisions of Article 94 of the Supplementary Provisions, in fiscal year 2015 (limited to the period on and after the month in which the effective date falls) and fiscal year 2016, the phrase "average standard remuneration amount" in item (i) of paragraph (1) of that Article is deemed to be replaced with "average amount of the standard remuneration amount, etc."; the phrase "the Employees' Pension Insurance Act" is deemed to be replaced with "the Employees' Pension Insurance Act before the revision by the provisions of Article 1 of the Act Partially Amending the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, etc. to Unify, etc. the Employees' Pension Systems (Act No. 63 of 2012) (referred to in the following item as the "pre-revision Employees' Pension Insurance Act")"; and the phrase "under that Act" in item (ii) of that paragraph is deemed to be replaced with "under the pre-revision Employees' Pension Insurance Act".
平成二十七年度（施行日の属する月以後の期間に限る。）及び平成二十八年度における附則第九十四条の規定による改正後の国民年金法等の一部を改正する法律附則第二条の規定の適用については、同条第一項第一号中「標準報酬平均額」とあるのは「標準報酬額等平均額」と、「厚生年金保険法」とあるのは「被用者年金制度の一元化等を図るための厚生年金保険法等の一部を改正する法律（平成二十四年法律第六十三号）第一条の規定による改正前の厚生年金保険法（次号において「改正前厚生年金保険法」という。）」と、同項第二号中「同法による」とあるのは「改正前厚生年金保険法による」とする。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 160Delegation of Other Transitional Measures to Cabinet Order
第百六十条（その他の経過措置の政令への委任）
Beyond what is provided for in these Supplementary Provisions, transitional measures necessary incidental to the enforcement of this Act are specified by Cabinet Order.
この附則に規定するもののほか、この法律の施行に伴い必要な経過措置は、政令で定める。
