Supplementary Provisions, Article 6Transitional Measures Concerning the Deferment of Payment
第六条（支給の繰下げに関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 28 of the National Pension Act after the revision by the provisions of Article 1 apply to a person who, as of the day preceding the item (iv) effective date, does not fall under any of the items of paragraph (2) of that Article; provided, however, that, with regard to the application of the provisions of that Article to a person who, before the item (iv) effective date, falls under any of the items of paragraph (2) of Article 28 of the National Pension Act after the revision by the provisions of Article 1, the phrase "if" in that paragraph is deemed to be replaced with "if, except where the provisions of the following paragraph apply,", the phrase "that paragraph" is deemed to be replaced with "the preceding paragraph", and the phrase "the day on which that notification was made" in paragraph (3) of that Article is deemed to be replaced with "the day on which the provisions set forth in Article 1, item (iv) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the National Pension Act, etc. to Strengthen, etc. the Financial Basis and Minimum Guarantee Function of the Public Pension System (Act No. 62 of 2012) come into effect".
第一条の規定による改正後の国民年金法第二十八条の規定は、第四号施行日の前日において、同条第二項各号のいずれにも該当しない者について適用する。ただし、第四号施行日前に第一条の規定による改正後の国民年金法第二十八条第二項各号のいずれかに該当する者に対する同条の規定の適用については、同項中「ときは」とあるのは「ときは、次項の規定を適用する場合を除き」と、「同項」とあるのは「前項」と、同条第三項中「当該申出のあつた日」とあるのは「公的年金制度の財政基盤及び最低保障機能の強化等のための国民年金法等の一部を改正する法律（平成二十四年法律第六十二号）附則第一条第四号に掲げる規定の施行の日」とする。
