Supplementary Provisions, Article 3Financial Resources for the Expenses Pertaining to the Burden, Etc. of the National Government
第三条（国の負担等に係る費用の財源）
The financial resources for the expenses set forth below are to be secured by using the increase in consumption tax revenue resulting from the enforcement of the Act Partially Amending the Consumption Tax Act, etc., and Other Matters to Carry Out a Drastic Reform of the Tax System for Securing Stable Financial Resources for Social Security, etc.
次に掲げる費用の財源は、社会保障の安定財源の確保等を図る税制の抜本的な改革を行うための消費税法の一部を改正する等の法律の施行により増加する消費税の収入を活用して、確保するものとする。
The portion pertaining to the burden or subsidy of the national government, out of the expenses required for the old-age basic pension (including the benefit prescribed in Article 35, paragraphs (1) and (4) of the Supplementary Provisions of the 1985 National Pension Amendment Act) for which the right to receive arises as a result of the revision by this Act;
この法律による改正により受給権が発生する老齢基礎年金（昭和六十年国民年金等改正法附則第三十五条第一項及び第四項に規定する給付を含む。）に要する費用のうち国の負担又は補助に係るもの
The portion pertaining to the burden or subsidy of the national government, out of the expenses required for the survivors' basic pension for which the right to receive arises as a result of the revision by this Act.
この法律による改正により受給権が発生する遺族基礎年金に要する費用のうち国の負担又は補助に係るもの
