第二条（検討等）
The government is to, with a target of three years after this Act comes into effect, taking into consideration the state of enforcement of this Act and other circumstances, comprehensively review the strengthening of the minimum guarantee function of the basic pension and other matters, and, when it finds it necessary, is to take the required measures based on the results of that review.
政府は、この法律の施行後三年を目途として、この法律の施行の状況等を勘案し、基礎年金の最低保障機能の強化その他の事項について総合的に検討を加え、必要があると認めるときは、その結果に基づいて所要の措置を講ずるものとする。
