Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding 3 years from the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect as of the dates specified respectively in those items.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して三年を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
The provisions revising the table of contents, the provisions revising Article 5 and Article 8, the provisions adding one paragraph to Article 19, the provisions revising Article 21, Article 22, paragraph (1), Article 26, Article 27, paragraphs (1) and (2), and Article 28 through Article 30, the provisions adding one Chapter after Chapter IV-2, the provisions revising Article 34, paragraphs (1) and (2), Article 39, and Article 47, item (ii), the provisions revising Article 53 (excluding the provisions revising paragraph (1) of that Article (limited to the part deleting "Article 24-2, paragraph (1) or (2), or")), and the provisions revising row 40 of Appended Table 1, and the provisions of paragraph (2) and paragraph (3) of the following Article, and Article 4 through Article 10 and Article 13 through Article 20 of the Supplementary Provisions, the provisions of Article 21 of the Supplementary Provisions (limited to the provisions revising the row for the Residential Basic Book Act (Act No. 81 of 1967) in the Appended Table of the Act on the Use of Information and Communications Technology in Administrative Procedures, etc. (Act No. 151 of 2002) (limited to the part replacing "and Article 30-3, paragraph (1)" with ", Article 30-3, paragraph (1), and Article 30-46 through Article 30-48")), and the provisions of Article 22 of the Supplementary Provisions: the date on which the Act Partially Amending the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act and the Special Act on the Immigration Control of, inter alia, those who have lost Japanese Nationality pursuant to the Treaty of Peace with Japan, and Other Matters (Act No. 79 of 2009; hereinafter referred to as the "Immigration Control Act Amendment Act") comes into effect.
目次の改正規定、第五条及び第八条の改正規定、第十九条に一項を加える改正規定、第二十一条、第二十二条第一項、第二十六条、第二十七条第一項及び第二項並びに第二十八条から第三十条までの改正規定、第四章の二の次に一章を加える改正規定、第三十四条第一項及び第二項、第三十九条並びに第四十七条第二号の改正規定、第五十三条の改正規定（同条第一項の改正規定（「第二十四条の二第一項若しくは第二項又は」を削る部分に限る。）を除く。）並びに別表第一の四十の項の改正規定並びに次条第二項及び第三項、附則第四条から第十条まで及び第十三条から第二十条までの規定、附則第二十一条の規定（行政手続等における情報通信の技術の利用に関する法律（平成十四年法律第百五十一号）別表住民基本台帳法（昭和四十二年法律第八十一号）の項の改正規定（「及び第三十条の三第一項」を「、第三十条の三第一項及び第三十条の四十六から第三十条の四十八まで」に改める部分に限る。）に限る。）並びに附則第二十二条の規定 出入国管理及び難民認定法及び日本国との平和条約に基づき日本の国籍を離脱した者等の出入国管理に関する特例法の一部を改正する等の法律（平成二十一年法律第七十九号。以下「入管法等改正法」という。）の施行の日
Supplementary Provisions, Article 16Special Provisions on Notification under the National Pension Act Concerning the Notification under Article 5, Paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions
第十六条（附則第五条第一項の届出に係る国民年金法の届出の特例）
The notification under the provisions of Article 5, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions, and the annotation under the provisions of Article 29 of the New Act that is to be applied pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (2) of that Article, are deemed to be, respectively, the notification under the provisions of Article 30-47 of the New Act and the annotation under the provisions of Article 29 of the New Act, and the provisions of Article 12, paragraph (3) of the National Pension Act after the revision by the provisions of the preceding Article apply.
附則第五条第一項の規定による届出及び同条第二項の規定により適用するものとされた新法第二十九条の規定による付記は、それぞれ新法第三十条の四十七の規定による届出及び新法第二十九条の規定による付記とみなして、前条の規定による改正後の国民年金法第十二条第三項の規定を適用する。
