Supplementary Provisions, Article 18Transitional Measures Concerning the Revision of the Premium Revision Rate for Fiscal Years 2006 and 2007
第十八条（平成十八年度及び平成十九年度における保険料改定率の改定に関する経過措置）
With regard to the revision, in fiscal years 2006 and 2007, of the premium revision rate under Article 87, paragraph (3) of the National Pension Act after the revision by the provisions of Article 2, the provisions of paragraph (5) of that Article apply by deeming the rate set forth in item (ii) of that paragraph to be 1.
平成十八年度及び平成十九年度における第二条の規定による改正後の国民年金法第八十七条第三項の保険料改定率の改定については、同条第五項第二号に掲げる率を一とみなして、同項の規定を適用する。
