第七十三条（国民年金法等の一部を改正する法律の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
The provisions of Article 8, paragraph (11) and Article 48, paragraph (7) of the Supplementary Provisions of the 1985 National Pension, etc. Amendment Act after the revision under the provisions of the preceding Article (hereinafter referred to in this Article as the "new Act") apply mutatis mutandis to a case where the right to collect the contribution of the former Agricultural and Forestry Mutual Aid Association, with respect to the period as a member of the former Agricultural and Forestry Mutual Aid Association, has been extinguished by prescription (excluding a case falling under the proviso to Article 18, paragraph (5) of the former Agricultural and Forestry Mutual Aid Act).
前条の規定による改正後の昭和六十年国民年金等改正法（以下この条において「新法」という。）附則第八条第十一項及び第四十八条第七項の規定は、旧農林共済組合員期間につき旧農林共済組合の掛金を徴収する権利が時効によって消滅した場合（旧農林共済法第十八条第五項ただし書に該当する場合を除く。）について準用する。
The provisions of Article 11, paragraphs (3), (5) and (6) of the Supplementary Provisions of the new Act apply to pension benefits under the former National Pension Act (meaning pension benefits under the former National Pension Act prescribed in paragraph (2) of that Article; the same applies below in this paragraph) that are paid for a month on or after the effective date, and, with respect to pension benefits under the former National Pension Act that are paid for a month before the effective date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
新法附則第十一条第三項、第五項及び第六項の規定は、施行日以後の月分として支給される旧国民年金法による年金たる給付（同条第二項に規定する旧国民年金法による年金たる給付をいう。以下この項において同じ。）について適用し、施行日前の月分として支給される旧国民年金法による年金たる給付については、なお従前の例による。
With respect to the period as a member of the former Agricultural and Forestry Mutual Aid Association in a case where the right to collect the contribution of the former Agricultural and Forestry Mutual Aid Association, with respect to the period as a member of the former Agricultural and Forestry Mutual Aid Association, has been extinguished by prescription (excluding a case falling under the proviso to Article 18, paragraph (5) of the former Agricultural and Forestry Mutual Aid Act), that period as a member of the former Agricultural and Forestry Mutual Aid Association is not, for the purpose of applying the provisions of Article 12, paragraph (1), items (ii) and (iii) of the Supplementary Provisions of the new Act, included in the periods listed in the items of Article 8, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions of the new Act.
旧農林共済組合員期間につき旧農林共済組合の掛金を徴収する権利が時効によって消滅した場合（旧農林共済法第十八条第五項ただし書に該当する場合を除く。）における当該旧農林共済組合員期間は、新法附則第十二条第一項第二号及び第三号の規定の適用については、新法附則第八条第二項各号に掲げる期間に算入しない。
For the purpose of applying the provisions of Article 14, paragraphs (1) and (2) and Article 15, paragraphs (1) and (2) of the Supplementary Provisions of the new Act, a retirement mutual aid pension among transferred agricultural and forestry mutual aid pensions is deemed to be the retirement mutual aid pension prescribed in Article 14, paragraph (1), item (i) of the Supplementary Provisions of the new Act, and a disability mutual aid pension among transferred agricultural and forestry mutual aid pensions is deemed to be the disability mutual aid pension prescribed in item (ii) of that paragraph.
新法附則第十四条第一項及び第二項並びに第十五条第一項及び第二項の規定の適用については、移行農林共済年金のうち退職共済年金を新法附則第十四条第一項第一号に規定する退職共済年金と、移行農林共済年金のうち障害共済年金を同項第二号に規定する障害共済年金とみなす。
