①The provisions of Article 20, paragraphs (1) and (2) of the National Pension Act after the revision under the provisions of the preceding Article (hereinafter referred to in this Article as the "new Act") apply to a benefit in the form of a pension under the National Pension Act that is paid for a month on or after the effective date, and, with respect to a benefit in the form of a pension under that Act that is paid for a month before the effective date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

②For the purpose of applying the provisions of Article 28, paragraph (1) of the National Pension Act, a transferred agricultural and forestry mutual aid pension or a transferred agricultural and forestry pension is deemed to be the insurance benefit in the form of a pension under the Employees' Pension Insurance Act prescribed in that paragraph.

③The provisions of Article 7-2 of the Supplementary Provisions of the new Act apply mutatis mutandis to a case where the right to collect the contribution of the former Agricultural and Forestry Mutual Aid Association, with respect to the period as a member of the former Agricultural and Forestry Mutual Aid Association, has been extinguished by prescription (excluding a case falling under the proviso to Article 18, paragraph (5) of the former Agricultural and Forestry Mutual Aid Act).
